The first paid week was a stamping line that “lost two hours every Thursday.” Maintenance had a stack of tickets. Packing had a different count. The missing hours were a shared lift and a late first-off. Nobody needed another monthly percentage. They needed names on the board that matched the aisle.

How we work

One observer, one primary line, a supervisor host, and a dictionary of stop names written before anyone totals a column. We photograph boards only with permission. We do not rewire anything. A local desktop utility may hold the transcribed tallies on a computer that never has to leave the room. That utility is a record book, not a trading product and not a production-control system.
