Visits

Work we will actually stand in

Each engagement is a plant visit or a reconstruction of one line’s paper. Choose the visit that matches the question on the board this month.

Throughput and downtime study

A multi-day presence on one production line to time units, name stop reasons, and separate planned changeovers from true lost hours.

Three to five plant days on a single line, plus desk time for the written pack.

Quality trend walk

A structured walk of scrap tickets, rework loops, and first-pass checks to see which defects actually move with the line and which sit in the hold cage.

Shift-log reconstruction

Rebuilding a usable week of counts and stops from mixed clipboards, whiteboard photos, and operator notes so the next study starts from a shared record.
