Weekdays, roughly 08:00 to 16:30 Central Time. If we are on a night shift at a host plant, expect a slower reply. We do not take newsletter names and we do not run a waitlist.
What helps a first call
- The official count point for the line
- Whether a union notice is required for a visitor with a watch
- Whether first and second shift must both be seen
