Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the website at deploy-flowcore.digital and any plant-visit engagement or written pack supplied by Deploy Flowcore. By using the site or confirming a visit in writing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not book plant days.

What is being offered

Deploy Flowcore provides on-floor observation and written analysis of throughput, downtime, and quality trends. Any desktop application mentioned on this site is a local data tracking utility for informational and record-keeping purposes only. It is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment service.

No professional guarantees

Observations reflect the hours we stand on the named line. They are not a warranty of future units, a safety certification, or labor advice. Host plants remain responsible for lockout, visitor rules, and production decisions.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original photographs commissioned for the site belong to Deploy Flowcore or their licensors. Written packs delivered to a client may be used inside that client’s plant for internal operations. They may not be resold as a product or presented as someone else’s observation. Third-party images on the site remain with their publishers.

Acceptable use of the website

You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs other readers, attempt to inject content, or imply that Deploy Flowcore endorses a plant’s parts, labor practices, or financial instruments. Compatibility wording that mentions other marks is descriptive only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deploy Flowcore is not liable for lost production, scrap, overtime, or consequential loss arising from a decision a plant makes after reading a pack. Our aggregate liability for a booked visit is limited to the fees paid for that visit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under governing law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country code GE), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from a visit contract that does not name a different forum in a signed engagement letter.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this address. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Engagement letters already signed follow the version attached to that letter.
