Prices below are starting figures in US dollars for one observer. A quote still depends on the line, the shift pattern, and travel from the correspondence address in Alabaster. Nothing on this page is a subscription.
Throughput and downtime study
From 1,850 per plant day, typically three to five days on one line, plus a written pack.
Quality trend walk
From 1,650 per plant day, usually two days covering first and second shift at the check and the hold cage.
Shift-log reconstruction
From 2,400 for one line and one calendar week of source notes, including one reconciling plant day.
Recurring floor observation
From 1,550 per return day when booked within six months of a full study on the same line.
Travel
Quoted separately. Mileage, lodging, and a second-shift premium apply when the host needs coverage after 18:00 local time.
What moves a quote up or down
- More than one official count point on the same aisle
- Food-contact or clean-room gowning that shortens useful observation minutes
- A need for a second observer during a brutal changeover window
- Source notes in several languages or unreadable carbon copies
- A plant more than a day’s drive from Alabaster when flights are required
