Recurring floor observation

Scheduled return days after a study to check whether the agreed stop codes still match the floor and whether unit-per-hour movement held through a busy week.

Duration. One plant day per visit, booked monthly or after a model change.

Pricing basis. Day rate with a reduced travel charge when visits are batched.

This visit is meant to sit beside the flagship throughput and downtime study, not replace it. If the board’s question is “where did the hours go,” start with that study. If the question is tickets versus cages, or a week of mixed clipboards, use this sheet.
